Thyme Omelet Roll


One of the easiest recipe to cook is Omelet but the addition of thyme can convert it as a most healthiest too. It is very easy to cook and it tastes delicious and aromatic.For thyme omelet the most important thing is the selection of thyme. Always select fresh thyme with vibrant green color.
Take few eggs add salt,turmeric powder, little cheese and black pepper beat the mixture well. Heat the pan put some olive oil or thyme oil pour the mixture into the heat pan. Place finely chopped fresh thyme leaves, green chili and grated cheese. Spread a pinch of white pepper and then roll it carefully. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and green chili Julian. It is good to serve thyme omelet roll with French fries and hot thyme sauce.

French fry with Thyme hot sauce


Select big size potato wash it gently, skinned it and then cut it into same size it should be long and square, salted it if preferred. Heat pan put lots of oil heat it and then add sliced and salted potato make it golden brown and take it out of flame. Chill it and again fry it like before.
Mostly French fries are use to serve with red chili and tomato sauce but Thyme hot sauce can work magically and it completely change the taste of French fries. Its very easy to prepare thyme hot sauce. Select a fresh bunch of thyme, wash it and take the leafy part only add green chili, fresh leaves and head of garlic, salt to taste and few drops of lemon, blend it finely.Take it out and serve with French fries. It is good to add thyme omelet to complete this dish.

Thyme Chickpea

Soak chickpeas till it sprout, wash it gently and then cook with salt, thyme seed powder and turmeric powder, take it out of flame. Heat pan put some thyme oil, crack cumin and coriander seed add chopped onion and green chili, make it brown, add roughly chopped capsicum and tomato cook for sometime and then add freshly blend paste of thyme seed, cumin, coriander, ginger, garlic and dried mango powder cook till brown then add boiled chickpeas add salt, black pepper powder and red chili powder mix well and cook with lid. At last spread lots of finely chopped fresh thyme leaves. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and onion rings. Thyme chickpeas is ready to serve. It is good to serve thyme chickpeas with steamed rice bowl.

Thyme Aalu Paratha


Some people counts Aalu paratha as an unhealthy food but use of proper ingredients can convert it into a healthiest one. Its very easy to prepare Thyme aalu paratha take a big bowl add water, wheat flour, dried thyme seed powder and little olive oil and make a soft dough. In another bowl mash boiled potato with finely chopped green chili, fresh coriander, fresh thyme leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and black pepper powder. Mix all these ingredients well, place it inside the dough lock it finely, then roll like chapati and cook from both side with dairy ghee. Thyme aalu paratha is ready to serve. Its better to serve this tasty and aromatic dish with thyme hot sauce and Thyme flavored yogurt.

Thyme Palak Paneer

Palak Paneer is not a new dish but adding thyme is a little different idea.Addition of thyme can change the taste magically and because of thyme it spreads a mild aroma.
Select a fresh bunch of spinach take only leafy part wash gently blanch , take out of flame and then blend well. Heat pan put some dairy ghee crack cumin,add sliced onion make it golden brown, add sliced green chili, turmeric powder, fresh blend paste of garlic, ginger, dry cumin and dry coriander make it little brown and then add palak paste mix well and cook for sometime.when it start to leave bubbles add the paste of thyme and fried paneer.
Palak paneer is a one of the special dish of India but it is loved by everyone and its a nice dish for vegetarians. Thyme Palak Paneer is very easy to cook and it is good for everyone.
