Thyme Aalu Paratha

Some people counts Aalu paratha as an unhealthy food but use of proper ingredients can convert it into a healthiest one. Its very easy to prepare Thyme aalu paratha take a big bowl add water, wheat flour, dried thyme seed powder and little olive oil and make a soft dough. In another bowl mash boiled potato with finely chopped green chili, fresh coriander, fresh thyme leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and black pepper powder. Mix all these ingredients well, place it inside the dough lock it finely, then roll like chapati and cook from both side with dairy ghee. Thyme aalu paratha is ready to serve. Its better to serve this tasty and aromatic dish with thyme hot sauce and Thyme flavored yogurt.
