Thyme Pasta

Dressing: Green chili, lemon thyme, lemon leaves, leaves of spring onion, leaves of fresh garlic blend all these leaves with salt to taste.
Boil pasta and then strain, wash gently with cold water apply olive oil to keep separate them. Heat pan, put some thyme oil, add pasta, toss it well, take it out of flame and let it chill.
Take a big salad ball put tossed pasta, dressing, diced fresh vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, carrot,steamed Asparagus and green peas, sliced green chili, fresh coriander, leaves of basil, black pepper powder, little vinegar, little thyme oil and salt to taste.Mix them well and garnish with fried cheese and fresh lemon thyme. Thyme pasta is ready to serve. Thyme pasta looks good, tastes good good for health too.
