Thyme Fritter



Thyme is good for Asian or South Asian taste too. Thyme fritter is same as other typical pakaura but the only difference is its aroma. To prepare thyme fritter take a big bowl add gram flour, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic paste, finely chopped green and red chili, fresh coriander, parsley, fresh lemon thyme in good amount, salt to taste and a pinch of soda mix it well then add water make batter. Heat oil, take a table spoon and with the help of spoon put the batter into the pan deep fry it. Take the thyme fritter out, let it chill then press it lightly and again fry it. Serve it with thyme tomato chutney
