Thyme is count as an most important ingredient in European cuisines. Thyme works magically with soups, stews, sauces. Thyme is used in two forms fresh and dried but both forms are equally delicious and aromatic. Fresh thyme is mostly used with vegetables and dried thyme adds great flavor to meat, fish, eggs. Salads are incomplete without thyme, doesn't matter fresh or dried both kind of thyme can change the taste and aroma of salads. Thyme is useful and healthy for any kind of kitchen, traditional or modern.
