Some more thing about thyme:

Select thyme which is strong in flavor doesn't matter fresh or dried.
If possible always try to get fresh Thyme to your dishes.
Vibrant green-gray leaves are the sign of fresh thyme.
Always use sealed container to store thyme and keep it away from heat and light.
In case of fresh thyme, wash the thyme, allow it dry, wrap in paper towel and store inside refrigerator.
Be sure about the amount of thyme before adding it.
Aroma of thyme can change the taste of your dishes so try to add thyme if it is available.
Always add thyme when the dish is almost cooked.
