POTATO ROLL WITH THYME

Try thyme when preparing Potato roll. Heat pan put some oil, crack cumin and coriander seed then add boiled and mashed potato, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt to taste, ginger and garlic paste, fresh chopped green chilly, coriander and fresh thyme.
Make dough of white flour, oil, water and dried thyme.Roll it like chapati and put the mixture of potato seal that chapati keeping mixture inside and give the shape of log. Cut that log into pieces and dip fry, take it out from the pan and serve hot with spicy souse.
